Ahmet Kandil
Ahmed Amr Kandil is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience in international and domestic law, corporate legal affairs, and government advisory. As Managing Partner and Corporate Legal Counselor at Al Etihad Lawyers & Legal Advisors, he leads major mandates across the UAE, Africa, and Asia. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, M&A, dispute resolution, and international arbitration. Previously, he served as Legal Counselor at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Egypt, training with Baker McKenzie. He holds an LLB and a Diploma in International Arbitration.
Aysel Ölçen Aydıner
Aysel Ölçen Aydıner is a seasoned lawyer and mediator with over 25 years of leadership experience in top Turkish corporations and international investment funds. Her expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, licensing, and collective labor agreements. As Director of Legal Counseling at Turkcell, she managed legal strategies across diverse business units. She also served as General Counsel and Board Member at East Pharma Ltd. and GEM Global Equities Management, contributing to London Stock Exchange IPOs and cross-border M&A. Trained at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation, Aysel promotes sustainable, interest-based mediation and strengthens corporate governance as an Independent Board Member.
Ramazan Turan
Ramazan Turan is an Attorney at Law registered with the Ankara Bar Association, providing comprehensive legal consultancy and litigation services to both public and private sector clients. He has completed advanced specializations in Energy and Arbitration Law, Sports Law and Management, and Commercial Law. With extensive experience in mediation, he has participated in national and international programs and has served as mediator in more than 1,000 disputes. He has also delivered Mediation Trainings at various universities and continues to advise domestic and international companies across a wide range of legal matters.
Mehmet Koç
Mehmet Koç is an attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He holds a master’s degree in EU Law from Marmara University, where his thesis on agent equalisation was published as a book. Currently pursuing a PhD in Public Law on green energy regulations, he also teaches energy and environmental law at Özyeğin University.Koç is a member of EYODER, ENSIA and Yenibirlider Association, provides pro-bono environmental law consultancy, and mentors start-ups at ITU ÇEKİRDEK. His work focuses on energy law, data protection, IT law, commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in renewable energy and mobility.
Mohamed Abdou
Mohamed Abdou is a Senior Legal Advisor specializing in international trade law, climate and green finance, intellectual property, and genetic resources governance. Admitted to practice law in France and Egypt, and UAE he has extensive experience advising multilateral organizations, multinational companies, on complex institutional, contractual, and compliance matters. His work spans cross-border projects, dispute resolution, and the development of legal frameworks supporting sustainable development and international cooperation across the MENA region and beyond. He is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish.
