There is a Contact Form and Request Form on our website. If you want to contact us and submit your requests through these forms, we request your Name, Surname, E-mail and Phone Number data in order to get back to you. We also need your address information in the Request Form to fulfill your requests.

Additionally, another section of our website where we collect data is the Human Resources Application Form. We aim to enable you to apply for a job with us through this form and to evaluate these applications and get back to you. For this reason, we collect your Name, Surname, E-mail, Phone Number, Address Information and CV data from you with the relevant form.

These are the data we collect from you when you visit our website and the purposes for which they are used. As Arbitria Solutions, we do not transfer the data we collect to any third party. Two exceptions to this situation: (i) transfers that we may have to make to judicial and administrative authorities within the framework of our legal obligations and ( ii ) transfers that we may make to domestic server service providers to ensure data security.

a) You can learn about third parties with whom your information is shared at home and abroad in accordance with the law,
b) You can find out whether it has been processed, the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose, and if it has been processed, you can request information about it,
c) If you think it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you can request it to be corrected.
d) You may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
e) You may request that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of your requests specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) and that they carry out the same transactions,
f) You may object to a result being unfavorable to you due to analysis by automatic systems, or if you think that it has been recorded or used illegally and you have suffered damage as a result, you may request compensation for the damage.

VI. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We can always make changes to our Privacy Policy considering changes in laws, especially KVKK, regulations and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and changes that may occur in our company policy. We will notify you when we make material changes.
